How do we work?

We work closely with our clients and we fully plan and manage all aspects of the conversion. With almost 20 years local experience in planning and design of attic conversions, you can be sure that quality and attention to detail are at the top of our list.

How long will it take to to design and build my attic room?

A standard conversion takes on average 15 working days from start to finish.

What services do we offer?

We take care of every aspect of the job; carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and electrics, ensuring that space is complete and ready for painting.

What areas of Ireland do you offer services?

We offer attic conversion services in counties Kildare, Meath and Dublin. However we also consider projects all over the Leinster region.

As a general rule, if you are able to stand up fully in your attic, then it may be suitable for conversion. Why not arrange a FREE quotation with us. We can view the attic and advise you on the project.

Planning permission is not required for most attic conversions. It is only required if you plan to extend or alter the roof space beyond its current limits. If the size of the roof space does not increase - then planning permission would not be needed.
No it's usual that our clients stay living at their home. Whether you need a guest bedroom, a place to study or a playroom we will do the job with a guarantee of minimum disruption.
